Welcome to The Da Silva Gosse Real Estate Group. I’m Anne Da Silva and together with my business partner, Richard Gosse, we lead our team of dedicated sales agents and work directly with our clients. We are almost 100% referral based as a team and are very proud of the fact that our clients and partners continue to use us and recommend us to family, friends and co-workers.

Let me share a bit about me…

I am a passionate and trusted guide for my clients, connecting them to Nova Scotia’s home buying and selling experience. I have been in the real estate industry since 2004 as a REALTOR®, Owner, Business Partner and Broker. At the end of each day, I must know that I have done my very best professionally and personally, always looking out for my clients best interests.

I am an active volunteer with the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® (NSAR) and the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission and contribute to several local charities. I am passionate about continuous learning and helping others.

I take pride in being very knowledgeable, able to quickly assess situations and make recommendations on solutions. I am calm under pressure and care about my clients and peers. My colleagues would describe me as knowledgeable, fun, and wanting me on their side of any deal.

I’m a proud mom of an amazing daughter, who has accomplished so much already and have a great partner that supports me with everything I do, so I can assist you, my clients. When I’m not at work, you can find me with my family enjoying brunch or a campfire at our camp.

Some neat facts about me?

I am fluently bilingual (French), used to be chainsaw certified. I am a former curling coach and provincial synchronized swimming champ. I used to be fluent in Italian, and lived in Italy for six months as a student. I don’t have a fear of trying anything!
